1. Who is The Commitment Code™ Progamme for?

The Commitment Code™ is for women who know they're capable of more but feel like something invisible keeps holding them back.

If you struggle with self-doubt, perfectionism, people pleasing, overthinking, procrastination or fear of failure—and you're ready to stop letting those patterns make your decisions—this programme is for you.

2. Do I need to have a specific goal before joining?

Not at all.

Some women join because they want to grow a business. Others want to change career, become more visible, improve their relationships, set healthier boundaries, or simply stop feeling held back by fear and self-doubt.

You don't need to have every detail figured out. You simply need to be ready to start moving forward

3. What makes this different from other courses or coaching?

Most programs focus heavily on strategy — but strategy without action goes nowhere. The Commitment Code™ is different because it combines:

  • 18 years of therapeutic experience (I know how mindset and beliefs truly work).

  • Hands-on action and accountability, so you’re not left circling in theory.

  • A supportive group that holds you to your commitments.

4. What if I’ve tried therapy or coaching before and it didn’t work?

That’s exactly why I built this program. Many approaches stop at insight or information — but lasting change comes from implementation, accountability, and rewiring old patterns. This isn’t about “more information”; it’s about finally doing.

5. I’m busy — how much time do I need to commit?

The program is designed to fit alongside your life. We meet weekly, and the focus is on small, consistent actions (often just 15–30 minutes a day). You don’t need endless free time — you need a framework that turns the little time you have into progress.

6. What if I feel too scared or “not enough” to take part?

You’re in exactly the right place. Fear and self-doubt are part of the journey and I’ll teach you how to move forward with them, instead of waiting for them to disappear. The whole point of this program is to help you take bold action even when fear is present.

7. Is this trauma therapy?

No. Although I am a qualified trauma informed psychotherapist with 18 years of clinical experience, I offer coaching here and not traditional therapy.

Commitment Code: It's designed for women who are functioning well in everyday life but feel held back by self-doubt, perfectionism, people pleasing, overthinking or fear. Together, we'll uncover the hidden psychological patterns behind these struggles and help you build the self-trust to take meaningful action.

My 1:1: coaching is designed for women who want to understand and change the hidden psychological patterns that are keeping them stuck. While I draw on my clinical experience, psychological knowledge, and evidence-based approaches where appropriate, our work is future-focused and centred on helping you build self-trust, take meaningful action, and create lasting change.

If you're currently experiencing significant mental health difficulties or require specialist therapeutic support, individual therapy is likely to be a more appropriate starting point.

8. Do you offer payment plans?

At the moment, The Commitment Code™ is offered as a single payment for the founding cohort.

For women who would like more personalised support, my 1:1 coaching can be paid either in full £1700 for 8 sessions or in two monthly instalments of £875, allowing you to spread the investment while receiving tailored guidance throughout your journey.

9. How will I know if this is right for me?
