Programme Structure - The Commitment Code™ (4 Weeks)
This is a live, small-group transformational experience designed to help you build self-trust, understand your emotional patterns, and begin taking meaningful action in your life - even when fear is present.
Each week includes:
One 90-minute live teaching session (Zoom)
One 60-minute integration and coaching session to help you apply the work in real life
Simple, practical weekly exercises to build momentum between sessions
Because insight alone doesn’t create change, but supported action does.
Week 1 – Understanding Your Hidden Patterns
Real change begins with understanding.
In our first week together, you'll discover why procrastination, hesitation, overthinking and avoidance aren't signs of laziness or a lack of motivation—they're often hidden protective patterns your mind learned to keep you emotionally safe.
You'll begin recognising your own patterns, understand what triggers them, and learn how to create enough psychological safety to start taking small, meaningful steps forward instead of staying stuck or pushing yourself towards burnout.
Focus: Awareness, emotional safety and building momentum through small, consistent action.
Week 2 – Becoming the Real You
Many of us spend years trying to be who we think we should be successful enough, confident enough, good enough.
This week, you'll uncover the hidden patterns that have shaped your identity and begin letting go of the version of yourself built around fear, approval and expectation.
Instead, you'll start building a life from a place of authenticity rather than protection.
Focus: Self-trust, authenticity and aligned action.
Week 3 – Rewriting the Stories That Shape You
The way you see yourself today is shaped by stories you've carried for years often without even realising it.
This week, you'll uncover the hidden beliefs and protective patterns that fuel self-doubt, perfectionism and fear of failure. Together, we'll begin replacing them with healthier, more empowering ways of seeing yourself, so your actions start reflecting who you truly are—not who fear tells you to be.
Focus: Rebuilding self-worth and creating lasting psychological change.
Week 4 – Living Beyond Fear
Understanding yourself is only the beginning.
This week is about putting everything into practice. You'll learn how to stop letting fear, self-doubt and perfectionism make your decisions, so you can create lasting momentum and become the woman who follows through on what matters most.
Focus: Courage, consistency and lasting change.
