Each week includes:

  • One 90-minute live teaching session (Zoom)

  • One 60-minute integration and coaching session to help you apply the work in real life

  • Simple, practical weekly exercises to build momentum between sessions

Week 1 - Nervous System Safety & Understanding Your Patterns

You’ll begin by understanding why procrastination, hesitation, and avoidance are not signs of laziness but intelligent protection responses learned over time.
In this week, you’ll learn how to recognise your personal stress patterns, build emotional safety, and begin taking small regulated steps instead of shutting down or pushing yourself into burnout.

Focus: awareness, safety, and the first micro-commitments.

Week 2 - Identity: Releasing the “Should-Self”

Many women live according to who they believe they should be rather than who they truly are.
This week helps you identify the expectations, internalised voices, and identity patterns that quietly shape your decisions, confidence, and visibility — and begin reconnecting with your authentic self.

Focus: identity clarity and aligned self-expression.

Week 3 - Core Beliefs & Emotional Triggers

You’ll learn how early beliefs about worth, safety, success, and belonging continue to influence your behaviour today - often without you realising it.
Through guided exercises, you’ll begin recognising your core belief patterns and gently shifting the inner narratives that keep you stuck.

Focus: recognising and updating limiting belief patterns.

Week 4 - Action Identity & Consistent Self-Trust

In the final week, everything comes together.
You’ll learn how to take meaningful action without waiting for perfect confidence, how to return quickly after setbacks, and how to build a sustainable rhythm of self-trust and forward movement that continues long after the programme ends.
